We ship via UPS Ground.

How do I track an order that’s been shipped?

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. You may check delivery through UPS website.

Is there an in-store pick up option?

We currently do not have an in-store pick-up option.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We wrap our knits in recycled tissue paper and ship them in 100% recycled polybag mailers that may be re-used or recycled.

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in perfect condition purchased from our website at full price. All original hangtags must be attached to the item. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Full price merchandise purchased online may be shipped back to us and postmarked within 10 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund (excluding shipping). You will be refunded via your original form of payment.

How to return an item

Place the item(s) you wish to return in the 100% recycled poly mailer it was shipped to you in or packaging of your choice. Please include your original receipt (or a copy) noting the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

We’ll refund you (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receiving your package. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account statement. Exchanges are processed upon receipt and are subject to availability. You will receive a new tracking number when your exchange is on its way.

To expedite the exchange process, we recommend first placing an order for the new item(s) you want before returning your original item(s). You can then ship back your original order for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

How to exchange an item

All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the product. To exchange an item: Place the item(s) you wish to exchange in the 100% recycled poly mailer your order was shipped to you in, or packaging of your choice.

Please include your original receipt (or copy) in the package noting the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason for exchange. Include a telephone number and email address where we may reach you if need be.

On the receipt please include the product details (product name and color) of the new item you wish to receive.

Popia does not provide free return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your return, we will ship out your new item. Should there be a remaining balance after the exchange, it will be credited to you via a Popia e-gift card.

In the event that your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss another choice.
